About our Associates
The associates of Valuation and Assets Services include architects, engineers, assets appraisers, sustainability consultants and CPAs. Most of them have practiced appraisals, cost segregation, environmental impact and benefits assessments and transaction and risk advisory with major accounting firms or were trained by other reputable companies in industry. Years of solid experience are major criteria for our associates. Our quality controls have ensured that our certified reports are comprehensive, accurate, irrefutable, defensible, and hold up to scrutiny with lenders, insurers, tax authorities, courts, other government agencies and third parties. We encourage continuing education among our associates allowing our work products to conform to the requirements of the day.
