Lottena Wolters, LPC
Lottena Wolters is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and the founder of the F.L. Wolters Group. Her goal as a therapist is to help clients uncover their true selves, assert their needs and make time to nurture their peace. The types of therapies she uses include: Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other client-centered approaches. She has a strong professional interest in expressive therapies, such as dance and movement therapy. She earned her M.A. in Professional Counseling from Argosy University.


Jenny Nachbar, LGPC
Jenny considers it a great privilege to accompany others as they experience life's challenges and search for meaning. She is a careful listener with deep empathy and a good sense of humor. She provides person-centered, strengths-based counseling for a wide range of issues, including life transitions, anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, ADHD, and learning challenges. Her goal is to help her clients feel heard and accepted and then to identify their strengths, so that, with her help, they can use their strengths to work towards healing and wholeness. Jenny, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), earned an M.A in Education and Human Development from George Washington University and an M. Ed. from Marymount University.
Emily Partigan, LGPC
Emily is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) who believes life has its difficulties, and she is there to be her clients’ biggest cheerleader as they explore, grow, and heal in their journey. She appreciates the trust and vulnerability clients bring to counseling and in return enjoys being her authentic self during sessions through the use of respect, empathy, honesty, and humor. She pulls from an eclectic therapeutic approach, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psychodynamic therapy, all through a trauma-informed and social justice/anti-racist lens. She earned her M.A. in Professional Mental Health Counseling and her Eating Disorders Certificate from Lewis & Clark College.

Roxana Raica, LPC, NCC
Roxana Raica is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is passionate about working with adults from various backgrounds who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, substance use/addiction, and other mental health concerns. Her approach to psychotherapy is integrative, collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental. She blends various treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals. She earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Washington University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University.

Brittany Silver serves her clients with a core belief that everyone deserves to be loved, seen, heard, and reminded that they are worthy. Through empathy and authenticity, she creates an environment that nurtures healing, acceptance, and self-awareness. She wants to walk with her clients as they learn about themselves and work towards building the life they want to live. Brittany is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) and earned her M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling from George Washington University.
Brittany Silver, LGPC

Caitrin is the practice's Patient Care Coordinator and Office Assistant. She manages the intake process, liaises with clients and supports the practice with other administrative and communications needs, including insurance claims, the website, social media and the hiring process for new staff. Caitrin’s goal is to be a friendly point person, helping clients and staff to feel welcomed, comfortable, and respected. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) whose vision is to become a yoga therapist focused on healing trauma, easing chronic pain, and improving the wellbeing of DC’s vast community of stressed-out idealists.
